The newsletter is in Adobe PDF format. It is downloaded in a compressed ZIP file format, to shorten the download time. After downloading the ZIP file, the newsletter must be extracted from the ZIP format file. Any one of a number of commercially available programs (e.g., WinZip, PKZip, etc.) can be used to do this. If you do not already have a ZIP program, click here to download a free ZIP program that can extract the newsletter from the ZIP format file. (After downloading the ZIP program file, double click on it and follow the instructions to install the program onto your computer.) After the newsletter PDF file has been extracted from the ZIP file, it can be viewed or printed by using the Adobe Acrobat Exchange or Reader program.
